1. GOD: There is only one God (1st Timothy 2:5), He is a spirit and the father of all spirits (John 4:24, Hebrew 12:9), He manifested himself in the flesh as Jesus Christ (John 1:14) and now dwells in us (believers) as the Holy Spirit (John 14:26, 1st John 5:7), He is the creator of the universe (Genesis 1)
  2. JESUS CHRIST: Jesus Christ is the Messiah (John 4:25-26), the express image of God (Colossians 1:15) and the only means by which any person can be saved. He was born of Virgin Mary (Matthew 1:23), he was crucified on the cross, he died and rose again and he is alive forever making intercession for mankind. He will return again in power and glory (Matthew 27:35)
  3. THE BIBLE: The Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible word of God and it is the absolute standard for human conduct and behavior. It is adequate and sufficient to provide guidance and instructions on all matters of life (2nd Timothy 3:16-17)
  4. MARRIAGE: Marriage is ordained by God as a holy union between two consenting adults (One a male and the other a female) and that monogamy is the standard for Christian marriage (Ephesians 5:31). Without a doubt, God hates divorce (Malachi 12:16)
  5. ETERNITY: All human beings are created with a spirit that cannot die (Genesis 1:27). Life here on earth is temporal. Whether by death or the rapture, every human being will someday exit this earth for life either in heaven or hell (Hebrews 9:27). Man’s decisions and choices combine to determine his final destination (Deuteronomy 30:19)
  6. GRACE: Grace is God’s free gift to mankind. Salvation from sin is by the grace of God and not by works (Ephesians 2:8). Works of righteousness are a fruit of grace in the life of a person (James 2:14-26). God’s grace is free but not automatic, it requires a believing, a receiving and a confessing (John 1:16, Romans 10:9-10)
  7. PROSPERITY: It is the will of God that believers in Christ should prosper in all endeavor of life (3rd John 1:2). God wants his people to prosper so much that he became poor so that through his poverty they may be rich (2nd Corinthians 8:9). God-given prosperity is meant to first honour God and then be use for the advancement of his kingdom. God values spiritual prosperity above all else (3rd John 1:2, 1st Timothy 6:10-11).
  8. GIVING: It is the will of God that his people give substances and materials according as He has blessed them (Acts 20:35). Giving to the poor and needy, giving for the furtherance of gospel work and giving to ministers of the gospel (1st Corinthians 9:11). All forms of giving must be done willingly, cheerfully and should not be out of necessity (2nd Corinthians 9:7). Any giving from dishonest gains is unacceptable to God (Proverbs 13:11). No human giving can buy man a place in God’s kingdom (Acts 8:20).
